Please be aware that if you choose Global Priority Mail we are not responsible for orders lost in transit once it has left our warehouse, as this method is untrackable and uninsurable. Certain toys and other items are considered oversize and/or over weight and cost more to ship.Therefore a surcharge will be applied depending on the item's size and/or weight, in addition to regular shipping charges.
We try hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.
Standard Delivery: Your order will be shipped domestically in the US for the shipping charges above, generally using USPS Priority Mail service. Items are shipped with delivery confirmation numbers, and should arrive within 3-4 business days after shipment. Please be aware that we are not responsible for orders lost in transit once it has left our warehouse if your USPS Label/Receipt Number indicates a DELIVERED STATUS.
Also, we will not consider packages lost until after 30 days of shipping. At that time we may open an investigation and will take responsibility to our discretion if we feel necessary.
Express Mail: Please add $22.00 to the standard shipping charges. We will process your order within 24 hours and ship via USPS Express Mail. Your package should arrive in 2 business days. Please keep in mind that order processing only occurs Monday-Friday, if you place an order on Friday and would like express shipping, you should receive your order by Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your proximity to NY.
